Question Keyboard doesn't work on Startup ?

Hi all,

I am facing a strange issue with my keyboard. Whenever I switch on Computer, my keyboard doesn't switch on, but on replugging it's usb cable it starts working.
If I restart my computer, I dont face any issue.

The problem arise only when I Switch off- Switch on the computer.
On same computer, keyboards of other OEMs work properly.

Fast Startup enabled in BIOS ?
