Question Keyboard input lag when playing GTA V (CPU Utilization is low)

Why do I get keyboard input lag when typing even when my cpu utilization is at 5% to 10% specifically when playing GTA V. Not that I'm annoyed by it, I just want to know why does this happen when components are low loads.

PROCESSOR - Ryzen 5 3600x
GPU: RX 580 4GB
RAM: 16 GB 8x2 DDR4 3200mhz
PSU: GIGABYTE P550B

Bios of the motherboard and firmware of the keyboard are up to date?

Amd Chipset drivers up to date?
