Keyboard is not working properly

So basically I've just got a new Asus desktop computer and a new keyboard with it as well. On my last keyboard whenever I hit a letter something like a shortcut would come up. It's doing the same thing on this keyboard even though it's brand new. Sticky keys is turned off, the shift key isn't stuck and I'm so frustrated. Help??

what type of shortcut can u give screenshot ?
maybe windows issue

Do not clean it at home. Take it to some company where they clean properly.
