keyboard keys bug

there is a bug in some of my keyboard keys like b, n, right alt and directions ? they don't write when i click on them some times i have to hold on the key for awhile till it write but usually they not working, i think it is a software problem
some one could help ??

no uer keyboard is faulty.only those keys u listed are not working then its uer keyboard if all keys then bug!
