Question Keyboard keys pressing other keys

Hi, I have a keyboard with blue switches. The keyboard is not old, I had it for 1 year, it is my second. On these days when I press the right arrow keyboard press the left. The same problem I had with pause press prtsc, pgup press insert, and pgdn press delete. The things I did: I change the USB port, uninstalled the keyboard from the device manager, open the keyboard (physical) and I did the troubleshoot from Windows. Has someone any idea?
Thanks for your time

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

it doesn't delete anything, it just stops non microsoft programs loading with windows. Easy to reverse

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

does it do it in safe mode?
is this win 10? (steps slightly different in win 11)

  1. go to settings/update & security/recovery
  2. under advanced startup, click restart now button
  3. this restarts PC in a blue menu
  4. choose troubleshoot
  5. choose advanced
  6. choose startup options
  7. click the restart button
  8. choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
  9. Pc will restart and load safe mode
tried different USB slots?

what are details of PC?

At least they have a website = https://www.aulaindonesia.com/f-2058-full-mechanical-blue-switch-krgd-switch.html?o=terbaru
no mention of warranty though.

Did it always have wrong keys or just recently?
pause press prtsc, pgup press insert, and pgdn press delete.
I assume home and end are also mixed up? it is hard to tell with some keys as their purposes are obscure.
So scroll lock works? or you not sure?

All other keys on keyboard are okay?

i wonder if they controlled by the same chip or something. Ive never taken back of a keyboard off to see.
I can tell looking at this that taking it apart wouldn't have helped a lot. Not same KB

I have to assume something on KB tells windows which key was pressed and its not getting it right.

There is software you can use to remap keys
https://au.pcmag.com/keyboards/88427/how-to-remap-your-keyboard
that would be simplest, just fix it in software

Or just get used to the buttons being wrong (This might work now but later, when you get a working KB, it would mean retraining brain again)

Or I think only answer really is a new Keyboard. Maybe not from same people.

The problem is not wrong keys. Is when I press pause the keyboard press and ptrscrn together, so I can not use the pause because always take prtscrn. Its like I press the two keys together.

oh.

Sure its not dusty? hair etc under keys? I get it sometimes on my alpha keys. It seems unlikely for the keys in question though, I normally only get repeat key presses, not 2 keys at once.

mine always needs a clean

tried taking keycaps off to see if they dirty?

Replacement keyboard could be your only choice.

I open the keyboard like the video and I clean it and I didn't find something. Also, I didn't eat or drink something on my keyboard. Just yesterday I have this problem. I can't sent a screenshot to show you.

Dust can still gather on keyboard and hair even if you don't mean it to.
It would be under the keys, not inside the keyboard

I have to go for a few hours but will look in here when I can.

Unless it was an expensive keyboard, I would just buy a new one. And even if it is expensive, if you can't get it replaced by the maker, its pretty useless.

I had to stop using one of my Keyboards as the W key stopped working and you suddenly realise how often you use a key when it doesn't work. On my last keyboard the Home key was broken (keyboard fell off table once) but I never used that button.
Only problem I get with current Keyboard is dirt under keys.

I buy more expensive keyboards as I spend a lot of time using it. I would suggest something from logitech or Corsair but I expect they more expensive where you are. I wouldn't buy Razer.
