Keyboard left shift not working

My left shift key not working. I tryed to re-plugged, when I take my shift key off my shift key starting working, but when i put it back it won't work. How to fix it ? (my right shift working properly)

No way to know through the internet how to fix it, this a laptop or USB keyboard? Brand/model? When you say you take the key off, are you saying the keycap and then you push on the contact directly and it works? Need to check for how it's connected, maybe try another cap.
