Keyboard lights on numlock is responding but nothing on the screen

Hello so yesterday i have been trouble with my pc! so i open it my computer keyboard lights opens twice num lock responding and cap locks too but monitor is not opening! i removed my gpu and the same thing is happening but nothing on the screen (when computer is opening the mouse is turning on but it dosent only the keyboard lights /num lock caps lock responding!

please someone help!

Are all the cables from the power supply connected? Check if the 6 pin cable for your GPU is connected (If it requires one)

it dosen't require and all the cables are connected! btw when i press ctrl+alt+del it restarts but i cant see nothing changed 4 gpu so far but nothing ... pci and onboard vga is not working either..

Are you using a TV (via HDMI) instead of a monitor?
