Keyboard lights turn on when the pc if off

Please help. When my pc is powered off if a press a button on my keyboard or mouse the lights will turn on and they just don't turn off . The only way i have found to turn them off is to turn on and off the pc or just switch the psu off like in the switch on the back. Incase it matters i have the razer black widow chroma and the naga epic chroma. If you need any more specs please just ask. Any help or information would be great thanks

1| You'll need to pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and remaining peripherals and devices connected off the USB port.
2| Have you made sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers(namely chipset and Razer synapse) are up to date?
3| If you're on Windows 10, please disable the automatic device driver update feature and uninstall your drivers for your Razer Peripherals, then reinstall them using Razer's Synapse.
4| It looks more akin to a system running on Windows 10. You can try and perform a system restore if the issue cropped up after a mandatory windows update though please be sure to backup your critical content before proceeding.
