keyboard mouse and monitor don't come on

I can turn on my computer, GPU CPU and fans come on but keyboard mouse and monitor don't come on, I fixed this yesterday by pressing f8 and it booted as usual, today this doesn't work.

You hard drive may be dying. Press escape rapidly after you press the start button. The bios should appear.
