[SOLVED] Keyboard & Mouse work when NOT in bios

All my usb devices function properly in windows but as soon as I enter the bios the mouse is constantly dragged to the top right corner. If I move the mouse away it just goes back to the corner. The keyboard works for opening the bios but not while in the bios

I have tried a different mouse and experienced the same issue

I was also able to use these peripherals in the bios ~2 years ago

Do you have a ps2 port?or adapter? If so, your Usb legacy suport might be off in bios .
Or you have Fast boot on, setting in Windows.
You can also try to take your cmos battery out for 30 sec.
