Question Keyboard not registering all keys, What should I do

My Pc was just upgraded from a Intel i5 6500 to ryzen 5 2600

For some reason, my keyboard, which is a wired apple keyboard, has suddenly decided to stop registering all keystrokes I make

A example of this is

It is annoying to deal with and I Play games where keystrokes are important

Filter keys are turned off by the way

After the upgrade, did you reinstall the OS after creating the bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools?

Turns out it was the drivers that were doing it so I rolled them back and now it works fine
