keyboard not responding

My PC is stuck at the post screen (i think thats what its called). I started having this issue a week ago. The computer reads the keyboard but it wont respond to any key commands.

I have switched motherboard, that wasnt the issue. I switch RAM, that wasnt the issue. I have tryed all USB slots, doesnt work. I have used a PS2 keyboard, still wont respond.

I have cleared CMOS, doen't help.

I need help.

Could a virus cause this? I can't get into BIOS because PC doesnt respond to key commands.
