Keyboard Not Working in a Single Game

Hey, so I'm not sure why this is happening. I just downloaded the new Blackout beta and for some reason in game my keyboard isn't working. The interesting part is the only keys that don't work in game are just the actual letters, CTRL, F1-F12, ENTER, DEL etc. work, but letters do not. I'm not really sure what is causing this problem. My mouse works, but I can't move, open my map or do anything really. I have reinstalled the game, repaired the files, I've done everything. Please help!
