Question Keyboard not working in games.

So, I recently got a new PC, and a new keyboard, and it was all fine for a few weeks, but recently whenever I play games my keyboard will stop working after a while, and doesn't work again until I reconnect it or sometimes until I restart my PC. I've tried multiple USB ports, different keyboards, and several games, and the same problem keeps coming up.

It's a VicTsing wired keyboard by the way.

Any advice?

You said you tried different keyboards, so issue is not just with a single keyboard? Try checking for a newer BIOS and updated chipset drivers. Is it only they keyboard that goes out, mouse is fine? Only happens in games?

Yeah, only the keyboard goes, mouse is fine, only happens in games but continues to not work if I exit the game, and I've tried updating drivers to no result.

And you tried another keyboard also? Which drivers did you update and how? You would want to go to the motherboard vendor site and look for the BIOS and chipset setup from there not from within Windows.

use hwinfo and what voltage you see on the sensor page for the 5 volts line and others .

Ah, I did just use windows, so I'll try that and see how it goes.
