Keyboard Not Working Properly

I just bought genuine Window 10 keys and after install window 10 i found out my keyboard not woeking peoperly..mostly SHIFT button .... already change other keyboard but still the same...can someone help to fix this pls... it happen while ingame too

you probably installed the wrong keyboard layout in windows 10

1st - reboot your computer
Based on what you've tried and said, that should fix the issue.

If that doesn't work try pressing the button having issues. (both of them)

Try a different keyboard (Make sure you disconnect the bad one when trying a different one.)
Also if you go to accessories in the start menu
then "ease of access"
open the "On-Screen keyboard" ensure that the shift button isn't being held down in that program.
