I went thought a couple older posts regarding this but they were of USB connector keyboards. My keyboard is an old PS/2 Keyboard and I don't know where it can be fixed in the BIOS (If possible)

PS/2 keyboard does not take much (any?) power over the PS2 connector. It should have no lights, etc. So how do you know it is in powered state?

Besides, the keyboard is a device that should wake your PC out of sleep mode, so for that it will remain in a low-power sleep state.

Since you didn't even bother to mention the make or model of the keyboard, the computer or the motherboard, how do you expect advice on what can be done from the BIOS?

Sorry I didn't mention specs earlier. Here:
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
Corsair VS550 PSU
Compaq PR1101 keyboard (not sure of that code 'cause that is what I see at the back of my keyboard)
Tell If you want to know anything else.
And I know its powered because the numlock light is on after shutdown. It wasn't like that before I bought this mobo.
