Keyboard shortcuts not working?

Hi!

I recently bought a new keyboard, an Aula DZI (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221222289716?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2648) and after plugging it in and installing the drivers from the included CD I was away! but after a couple of days the quick access keys suddenly stopped working? i.e. internet, my computer, email, etc. There are 10 of these keys in total and now none of them work. =/ Anyone got any advice as to how I could get these to work again? I would appreciate it! maybe there is a Microsoft driver I need, but I'll be dammed if I know what it is. Lol.

FYI, I have not upgraded to Windows 8.1, I am sticking with 8 for now. Would upgrading to 8.1 solve the issue possibly?

EDIT:- I also had a Microsoft 800 keyboard before this one, and the quick access buttons on that would work sporadically as well? =/

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers from CD (or better still.. the latest ones from the keyboard suppliers web site) ?

I have tried re-installing them three times to no avail unfortunately. And as far as downloading the latest ones from the manufacturers website goes, I tried looking but they dont appear to actually have one. (The keyboard is a Chinese brand). =(
