keyboard--sp2

Since installing sp2 to xp professional , my computer
will not boot at times and the keyboard and mouse are not
responsive. Was not a problem untill i installed sp2.
Would appreciate any suggestion that will help overcome
this problem.--dd-nashua,nh

Try uninstalling your keyboard/mouse drivers and then reinstall them.
Also, try reinstalling or installing the latest chipset (motherboard)
drivers. If you need help with this, I suggest using Everest Home from
www.lavalys.com to find out what hardware is in your computer and it
should provide a link to the proper drivers 😉
