Keyboard Stopped Functioning

Yesterday my daskeyboard was working perfectly fine. Today, I turn on my computer, and find it won't open the lock menu on windows, though my mouse, when connected to the computer and not the keyboard, works fine. So, I restart my computer, and it still does not work. I turn on the PSU and then turn it on, and then turn my computer, still nothing. Finally I unplug my keyboard and plug into a Mac, I do not have another PC to test in case daskeyboard works with only PCs, and it still does not function. Any ideas on how to fix my keyboard?

Contact support for the keyboard, has a 3 year warranty. There is no single way you can fix the keyboard, could be anything from a bad cable connection to something bad on the board.

hang-the-9 is right, there is no way we could diagnose the issue from the limited information even if we did have schematics and drawings. The warranty is your best bet.
