[SOLVED] Keyboard turns back on after shutdown.

Recently I reinstalled windows on my pc and when I shut down,all my pc lights turn off but then 2 minutes later,my keyboard turns back on a bit after and then turns back off,it didn’t happen before,how can I fix this?I didn’t even touch the keyboard and it’s happened everytime I shut off since the clean install.

specs:
Ryzen 5 3600x
Gtx 1060 6gb
16gb 3200mhz ram
1tb nvme ssd
600 watt evga psu
B450 tomahawk max
Os:

most likely feature to keep usb devices powered while system is off is enabled. for charging phones, wake on usb/ keyborad option,
its nothing malicious, if you wanna try some options to see which setting feature does this to your keyboard, you could look into following scenarios... under your bios / advanced / usb config xhci - hand off/ disable or enable under your bios / advanced / wake up event / resume by usb device and resube by ps/2 keyboard ...should be disabled and as well as are you hibernating or fully shutting down system ? under Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings ... choose what power button does. you can turn fast startup there as fell, that will make Full shut down for system. you can...
