Keyboard will not respond at all

I decided to reset my PC on Windows 10 and my keyboard will not respond or do anything for that matter when windows starts up. It will work fine in BIOS and during POST but it will not do anything regarding Windows 10. I installed LGS, and it still can not install the right driver onto it after uninstalling the driver and restart the computer. It has been driving me crazy for 5 hours now, and I need help at this point.

Windows 10 | i7 Processor | 16GB Ram | NVidia GTX 960 | 1TB HDD

I know this might not work but did you try unplugging and plugging it back in while windows was running?

Yes I have already tried this as well. The Keyboard remains to light up and look the exact same way in the picture.

Okay hmm... have you tried it in safe mode?

ACTUALLY.. It's not the keyboard. 3-4 of my USBS are not working properly. I believe it the ones that are the unknown Devices. I tried swapping one of my usb ports with a different one (Swapped Logitech Camera with the Keyboard) and it recognizes the keyboard now but not the logitech Camera. Someway to fix the USB Ports?
