PS/2 Keyboard won't work with new motherboard.
So I'm trying to set my new computer with the Biostar Motherboard TB350-BTC. So far it turns on and i can see the display but then the keyboard won't work. I have tried resetting the cmos by removing the motherboard battery as well as closing/opening the pins. I have tried all usb ports as well

With the PS/2 keyboard plugged into the purple port and then start the PC, can you get into BIOS at all? PS/2 should always work unless you have a motherboard problem, bad keyboard, or are trying to plug it in while the system is running (PS/2 isn't hot swappable).

It is plugged into the purple slot before i turn the computer on. I cannot get into the BIOS as its a brand new computer set-up. the only thing the screen shows is telling me to press the del key or some other buttons to do post start up stuff.
