Keyboards switches for gaming

Would you recomend blue or red switches for gaming?

Between those two, I'd go with Cherry MX Red switches. Some people like the clickity clack from a Cherry MX Blue switch but that's upon one's own personal preference. Notice how I mentioned Cherry MX switches...which should lead you to elaborate which maker of the switch you're looking at? Cherry switches are different from Kailh.
