Question Keypad Scancodes

I recently bought this planning to use ATNSOFT Key Manager to program the keys as macro keys. The app does not read them as separate keys. Does anyone know a method of possibly changing the scancodes of the add on keypad so that they can be re-assigned without affecting the main keyboard?

HIDmacros sounds just like what I need, but I got this error when I tried to run it.
"Exception EOISysError in module HIDMacros.exe at 0007EE21. Error accessing the OLE Registry." I have Windows 11 Pro and tried running my from a folder on my desktop after unzipping it.

I got it to run. I had to run it as admin first time.
