Question Keystones - Punchdown or toolless? 90 degree or 180 degree?

Running a few new lines through the house. Looking at monoprice for the first time and finding how many options there are. I think I'm going to get some 180's either way for patch cables since I'll have a box of cable left after the runs and can make my own with what is left as needed, but wondering if 90 degree or 180 degree make more sense in the walls? Also, we used the punchdown type with the last run, and now I'm seeing there are toolless keystones. Any experience with them one way or another?

There is no need to start a new thread, suggest stick with original. Already answered about the punching. Solid Core cables, as already mentioned over there are for in-walls, and not suitable for patch use (PC to wall).

I would say 90. The cable will lay parallel to the wall plate. Less strain on the cable.
