Killer E2205 Gigabit LAN controller as in the MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard and Realtek RTL8111E as in ASRock 970 Extreme 4 Motherboard. I'm looking forward to upgrade my motherboard for stability and efficiency. ASRock 970 Extreme 4 costs about Rs. 8,539 INR on the other hand MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard costs about Rs. 9,100 INR. Which is worth the money?

Solution
I'm using the RTL8111E currently and find it great. The DPC Latency (at least for the GIGABYTE Driver) is low, ping times are low and I can get 17MB/s to my NAS (NAS limit not RTL8111E limit)
I also believe ASRock is better than MSI based on personal experience.

Thank you for fast replying, I wasn't expecting.
Okay, should I get ASUS M5A87 EVO R2.0, Gigabyte GA 970A UD3P, ASRock 970 Extreme4 or MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard? I saw some bad reviews about MSI mobos recently that they fail after 3 years even if under puny office use and bad capacitors.

The ASUS is older but has a 5.2GT bus compared to the ASRock / GIGABYTE 4.8GT but the GIGABYTE and ASRock can do multi-GPU if that is important to you. The GIGABYTE has a 8 + 2 Phase power system meaning it'll deliver power more cleanly to the CPU for better overclocks and much longer lifetime.
I would get the GIGABYTE because there a good brand and it has a faster transfer bus.
