Which one is better considering I got a gigabit network? Mobos with Killer E2400 are worth 50+ more dollars usually but I don't really know if it provides any advantages over intel.

Solution
Just look for posts on killer e2200 and you will see massive number of posts asking how do you turn it off and why does it causes strange issues.

For all the problems it causes it just is not worth it.

It is mostly marketing to uneducated consumers. It implies it will solve all your problems by making things like game or voice traffic have priority in your network. What they fail to mention is most times the problems are multiple machines in your house using the bandwidth and it can not have any affect on other machines so it does nothing to fix the most common form of this problem.

What it can do is say I am running torrent and uploading lots of files. I also want to run my game. It will make the game traffic go first. BUT this...
Are you going to be playing only on the local network? Is this a LAN party machine? If you game only online I doubt it will make any difference as Gbit internet connections are not common, otherwise you gain so little for your money you would be better off burning the 50 to heat your home, you would get a better value for your money than you would buying the Killer NIC. LAN Parties and such there is an ever so slight advantage.

BUT this raises the big question of why are you doing something like large file transfers at the same time you are running time sensitive stuff, maybe it would just be simpler to only run the game when performance is key. So then you do not even need a program like this.

Solution
+1. I've answered scores of posts on problems with Killer adapters, and very close to zero about problems with Intel adapters.
