Hello, I have build new PC, specs:

mobo: msi z270 gaming m5
cpu: i7 7700k
ddr: g.skill 16 gb (3000, 2x8Gb)
have installed windows 10, and can't fix netwrok issue.

Fighting 2 days with this, I've tryied to reinstall the driver, and killer suite program, didn't help.
Connected my phone and using it as modem - updated all windows packages and installed MSI Live Update 6, checked for latest updates and installed them. But I still got this issue with network.

UPD: Issue was in my LAN cable, I was using 4-pin cable instead of 8-pin. If you have same problem on your new build and you using old LAN cable, please double check it firstly.

Solution
Today engineer from my ISP come to my home, he double checked all the software part. After all he checked the cable, I don't know why I have using a 4-pin cable. He changed cable to 8-pin and after this magic happens. All works now out from the box. I'm happy that my mobo is alive and works fine. For all those who got same problem on new PC, firstly check the cable, new network adapters use 1Gb cables.

UPD: I wasn't thinking about the cable issue because I was using him perfectly on my laptop. That's why I didn't noticed that issue is in LAN cable. Cheers to all!

Solution
Interesting. Odd that the cable worked on another system, but all's well that ends well.

Since your ISP found the answer based on your call, I've given you the BA for your own thread (you cannot select your own answer), and it will serve as a reminder to others with this problem to check their cables as well.
