Kindly suggest a good PSU for this build ?

Pro : Intel core i5 4670 (non k)
Mobo : Gigabyte B85
RAM : Corsair vengeance 8gb 1600mhz
GPU : Asus GTX 760 DirectCUII 2gb
PSU : Xigmatek 600w 80+ certified 230v
HDD : WD Caviar black 1TB 64 7200
Casing : Cooler master n500
I will not OC CPU , but will OC' GPU just a little bit and i will also decorate it with led lighting and there are 3-4 120mm fans , was my psu sufficient for all this or suggest a good psu , ( dont wanna spend too much on it) . thanks

oke sorry didnt see the sli part 😉 dont worry about leds and fans they use almost nothing.
about the thermaltake se 730. wel its not the best brand out there. but its not bad.
the efficiency is best at 50% load : http://www.thermaltake.com/db/products/PSU/SmartSE/pic1.jpg
And it has a single 12V rail but its only 57A so 680watts (realpower)
I would recommend you to spend 10$ more and buy a corsair cx750m
But any way the thermaltake will do its job.

They have 9 series of PSU's thats far from noname level, even corsair or TT has budget models, assumptions based on brand name are immature.

Xigmatec has at least 5 series of 600W, can you provide more details which one is that?
Do you have some pricelist of the available PSU's from those brands?

xigmatech is a name brand, but not much is known on their psu's and from the looks of it they use a whole bunch of different manufacturers - channel well, hec, solytech, andyson, sirtec.. i don't know if channel well has any higher end stuff, I do seem them pop up a lot on lower quality psu's. Not really familiar with the others, if I had to guess xigmatech is trying to get into the psu game and going with whoever is giving them good bids.

you'r max system load should be around 70-80% of the psu power for max efficiency + you dont need more :)
you system is going to be around the 300watt MAX so get something around 450-500watt with a good brand like antec - corsair - enermax -xfx or seasonic
make sure you have a single 12V rail it realy makes it easy :) and if possible get a gold or platinum psu

You have given v.good info but i will do sli later + 3-4 120mm fans and led decorated pc , so 500W not be sufficient , you know what i mean ,, so thats why i am intrested in thermaltake se 730 , kindly tell me about this psu ,

i appreciate you , but cx 750 is for 110$ in my country 😛 well , i am tired of this , thank you anyway ,

will you please build me a pc for 100,000 pkr rupees - 1000$
reference website = www.saqiscity.com
pc should be able to run all games on 1080p 40+ fps med to high settings
