Kingston hyperX fury compatible with z170

this might be a dumb question, but I was curious about buying the HyperX FURY 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 off newegg but in the description it says that its optimized for the intel x99 platform. Im currently running a asrock extreme 7+ which is a z170 chipset so I was curious if the RAm will work on my mobo. There's free copy of rainbow six seige with it so I'd like to purchase it, but if it wont work then ill go with g.skill. thanks for helping a noob out!

what do you recommend? i liked that it came with the 20 dollar game, but i suppose i could go down to the 2400 variant, so long as they both work with my system
