I have a 16GB kingston pendrive.
It is unable to format.
When I checked on the properties, the used space and free space show zero bytes. And also a blue pie only.

I'd try to format the pendrive in Disk management.
However, there is no partition shown at all.

Please advice. Thanks.

A USB Drive consists of "Flash memory" and also a controller chip, if you get this format message displayed when you first plug the usb drive in then chances are it needs a low level format due to a problem with the controller! Finding the software to do this can be quite tricky as you need to know the brand of the controller, but as it is a "Branded" drive it may be slightly easier.
