KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (ndis.sys) BSOD Solution

I have been playing this game(Dragon nest) for quite some time and there has been no problem at all until these past few weeks. It started to give me BSOD every time the patcher is finished. I have researched on this problem and updated my drivers but still no fix. Please help me.

Is this the only way? I have seen other posts here and they were helpful to them. Something like MSI things to be uninstalled?

Try the system restore and choose a point way before it started, and then get back to us

I have restored my system to the farthest restore point it has, but still the same. Please help.

Back up your data and re install windows. That may be your only option.

looked at 3 bugchecks, all were in sdgame.sys driver from 2012.
this could be a driver bug in sdgame.sys or in one of the custom hardware drivers for your machine.
so you should try to update both if you can.

looking at the most current bugcheck:
the driver:\C:\CherryDeGames\Dragon Nest\GPK\SDGame.sys

crashed but the stack is corrupted so this can be this driver messing up or another driver corrupting its data.


suspect drivers:

you have other driver for your machine you might want to update or check for a update from your PC vendor.

How do I update them? Or check for updates? I'm sorry I really don't know. The game is up to date and I don't know where to get an updated version of the sdgame.sys.

if you can not get a updated sdgame.sys then try and update your hardware drivers for your machine.
your machine has some custom hardware, unexpected bugs in the hardware drivers can cause other drivers to get errors that they don't handle correctly. Or you can uninstall the game driver or google on the driver name and see if other people are having the same problem and maybe a solution.
