KMPlayer - do NOT install!!

DO NOT install KMPlayer. It takes over ALL your video file extensions. If you uninstall KMPlayer it takes the file associations with it. To fix this mess, click on one each of the video file types. Go to properties. Note that it says "Open with Windows Shell Common" change to the video player of your choice and click on apply. Warn others. Do NOT install KMPlayer!!

I agree , some programs do this and it messes up all your defaults.
