Question KO and KO Ultra, what are their differences

Now I have a question, what are the differences between EVGA 2060 KO and KO Ultra? As far as the pricing is concerned, they are the same.

Also, are KO Ultra also made in Taiwan?

usully when they add a word like "ultra" to the name of a GPU its likelly that model has some kind of overclock
