kraken placement on these cases

i havent bought either case yet but i have bought the kraken x61 and every thing else for the build.

i am still stuck between fractal define s and phantek entho pro cases.
this is my first build.

if i was going to get the fractal where would be the best place for the kraken x61 front or top of case?...if on top do i use the fans on the top of rad or on the bottomof the rad pushing out or pulling in ?

same questions with the phantek case.

out of these cases what would you buy?

sorry for such noob questions but theres conflicting info everywhere

The best place to put is is always the top and use it as intake. Then you would have both a cool CPU and a cool motherboard. Also I would recommend making sure the fan in the case is set to exhaust and not intake as that would create positive air pressure and if you were to set it to outtake, that would balance it. Also if you have a rear fan, set that to intake as well but make sure you have at least one exhaust fan at the bottom or the front of the case

ok so lets just say i buy the phantek entho pro i should mount the kraken at the top with the fans on top of the radiator pushing air through the radiator as intakes and then turn the rear 140mm case fan backward as an intake as well and then switch the front 200mm fan as exhaust am i right ?

Absolutely. If you can afford it, try to get a corsair air edition fan for the bottom and use that as exhaust as well for a balanced air solution

cool cant wait till my case gets here then and thanks cause working this out in my head i had it totally wrong so i am very grateful for your help and i will order a Corsair Air Series AF120 as well ...many thanks
