Which is more reliable? Kraken X42 or DEEPCOOL Captain are these coolers any good? or would it be better to invest in a 120m cooler kit?

Both of those are probably not worth the investment unless you are ONLY doing it for the aesthetic factor and dislike having a somewhat large air cooler installed.

What are your system specs including CPU, motherboard and case models?

Tried air cooled Wraith Max that came with my cpu ryzen its way to close to the glass of the case (Evolv Shift Mini) motherboard is asus strix best bet is to go AIO just can't decide which?

Even a water cooled kit i would be keen on.

WHICH Ryzen CPU do you have and are you overclocking or planning to overclock the CPU at all?

I have the 1500x will be overclocking it despite not getting much out of overclocking

So, for a 120mm AIO, which is the largest AIO your case will support, I'd probably recommend this one.

Not terribly capable, but you are of course severely space limited.


Better I think, would be this. Probably as good of performance as most 120mm AIO coolers and certainly quieter, by far. Probably the best cooler under 82mm, which is the tallest that your case will support. This is only 74mm tall. Very good cooler for a low profile.
