Kraken x51 pump rpm always 0

Hey Guys,

I recently experience this issue. All my cores have 99-100c temperature. I checked my cam software and it's showing that the rpm is 0.
Is there a way to fix this issue?
I normally have 50-60c temperature.

Here's some screenshots.

I have 7700k cpu and msi m5 motherboard.

I already tried to change the thermal paste but its still nothing.

Is there a fix for this?

yes, rma, the pump is not working, it is damaged, the warranty is there for these situations

turn off pc before you fry the cpu

if you don't hear the pump working and cpu is getting this hot, only the warranty helps here

Hmmn. I think that's my only option.
Do you have any cooler recommendation while waiting for the replacement?

Thanks. I just purchased deep cool ice edge mini fs v2 while waiting to return it and surprised by it. It is running better than my kraken x52. lol

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME ???.... i GOT THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM 3 DAYS ago,
my pc went shut down automatically and when i restart CPU temps go 90 degree in minutes and PUMP RPM is 0 in CAM software tried all wires and stuff
how can the pump die automatically ?

Better temperature and its quiet. Im getting 50-55c consistently. My x52 is getting 60-70c.
