Not really sure how its even possible, but i know at least one screw hole on the radiator is almost completely stripped, i look inside the hole and see pretty much no threads. Its still holding on to the screw just barely, a few others might be on their way there. First time installing a cooler like this and i guess i may have overtightened the screws...which i still dont think should cause that , how concerned should i be? its top mount

You must have used some force to strip threads of a new radiator, as they should tighten to hand untill they lock and no more.

Short of tapping the thread and then using chemical binder, not a lot you can do, maybe use a larger screw that will bite in to the radiatir, but would widen the mounting holes and you would have to be very careful.

Ive read that Loctite could be a solution, my fear is not being able to get the screw back out
