KT7A- R or KK266 plus R ??

Hi,

I'm looking for a mobo to setup a new computer.(useing most on video editing)
Could someone give me any advice on which is good between :
ABIT KT7A-R & Iwill KK266 plus R.

hmm if you want a nice video editing machine built a Pentium 4 machine. Its more expensive but its worth the money if you want a hard core video editing box. If your willing to fork out the cash for a nice video capture setup, then you should also try and get a tad more to build pentium 4. Or at least a nice AMD with DDR ram setup. The key is memory bandwidth and high clock speeds (well sort of high clock speeds)

I agree with the first post about video editing.

But back to your origional question between the two boards, I would go for the Iwill KK266 Plus-R, more features, quite stable, great overclocking, and great performance. If you have been reading the posts for a while, you would have noticed lots of people having problems with their Abit KT7A board.
