Question KVM - connectpro UDPZ-14AP - usb peripheral problem

Hello

Received my kvm the other day. DP port switching is working, but having trouble getting the usb keyboard and mouse to work. Tried unplugging everything and pluggin in the USB peripherals first, then only hooking up 1 computer.

Stumped on trying to get it working. Any help would work. Using provided cables from connectpro

Have you tried with another set of (keyboard and mouse)peripherals? Speaking of which, what keyboards and mice are you working with? I can't seem to find the model for your switch, I can find the one without the Z in it's P/N, i.e, this one.

The linked one is the one I am using.

I have tried 4 different keyboards (a corsair mech keyboard, a razer cyanosa?, and a basic dell and hp branded keyboards). I have tried a razer and logitech mouse as well.
