A KVM generally requires a consistent interface type. ALL HDMI, or all DP.
You have 4 hosts and 3 monitors, is that correct that you want to be able to switch a single keyboard and mouse across?
What resolution and refresh rates are required ?

I am good to stick to ALL DP
I am on 1920 × 1080 across all hosts and on 60hz
you want to be able to switch a single keyboard and mouse across? Yes
