Lacie controller board sata to usb

Would anyone know how to get a new controller board for Lacie Starck external hard drive ?

Try contacting Lacie customer support, they may be able to help you out.
You could always get a new enclosure. It will be much easier to find and probably less expensive.

LaCie is of no help at all. They have a fee that starts at $99. and probably goes up from there.
Today I learned that I could just buy a new case (not from LaCie) and did so.
I was in hopes that someone would know where their boards came from (I doubt they are proprietary).
