Lack of system fan spots on case and hot Motherboard

I am currently using a corsair h55 Liquid cooler and on the instructions it says "for best performance, make the back system fan an intake" I'm assuming it's so that the radiator will be cooler. My problem is, that I do not have a spot for a top case fan on my case, but I do however have a bottom slot. (I am open to doing case mods however) and my mobo peaks at a temp of 85C when under load. (namely BF4) I use Open hardware monitor to check all my temps and it is really only the mobo's temp that is concerning me.

Would you recommend using the back as an intake? and
What could help me with my hot mobo?

My build:

AMD FX 8350 (stock speed)
Corsair H55 Silent edition Liquid cooler
MSI 970A Krait edition MOBO
Ultra Gladiator Mid Case
MSI GTX 960 4GB OC Edition

I would reccomend the NZXT S340. It allows for two front 140mm fans, one rear 120mm fan and one top 120mm fan. I would recommend running both 140mm fans and have your rad with a 120mm fan on the top acting as exhaust. Also have a 120mm fan running exhaust on the back.

The case comes with a rear 120mm so you can use that but for the front you still need two 140's.

Any two of these:

I recommend buying a case with better cooling before your motherboard kills itself. Those temps are ridiculous for a motherboard and it could damage other things. A case with two 120mm fans at the front would be a minimum for a hot system like that.

Any recommendations? preferably a mid tower

For the first link I believe pcpartpicker shows an LED fan but I don't believe that is the case. I think it's just a regular black and white fan. It will have the best airflow.
