Lag games on pc

Hi guys I have lag problem I try everything what i find to fix that. And i find one thing on my mother board is 8 pins cpu connector but pluged in just 4 from psu it can make laging games if mising 4 pins?

My pc details not bad cpu a10 6300k 4.100 ghz gpu is geforce gtx 960 4gb 8gb ram psu 750w
