hi i have a toshiba notebook it specs are
1-itb hd
2-amd a6 7310 with r4 graphics
3-dedicated r5 m330 2gbvram
4-8gb ddr3 ram
so what the hell is wrong in overall performance wise it performs better then an i7 example opening my computer as soon as notebook starts but in games fps barely goes up from 25 or 30 ac black flag wont go up from 20 fps cssource gets lags spike when played on igpu on r4 battlefield also has an avg oof 27 fps on low 800*600 i know this isnt a good pc but still my brother has dual core 2.5ghz nvidia qyadro 512 mb vram and can play dx10 games fluently i need help plz

That notebook will not meet the minimum reqs for just about any AAA game youd try on it. Its pretty bad.
