Lag on bf 4

I have a great computer i run bf4 on ultra settings and get 67 fps but then I lag. The lag is horrible and it's not my internet. It makes the game in playable. My ping is around 38 and I even lowered the setting to low. I then got 178 fps with 37 ping and the lag was STILL in playable. I don't understand why.

core i5 / 8 gb ram / NVidia 550 ti

It's not just with bf4 it's also with EVERY other game idk why but I'm getting about 30 fps less than normal in all my games I haven't changed anything recently makes no sense

Hm maybe its normal i got gtx 770 msi oc which was said it will max out almost any game on 1080p but i can't get 60 fps on high in some games i get 40-67 avg 50 in ac4 even on med i get 53-70 fps just get with it companies nowadays are assholes you need the latest gpu for high-ultra am dissappointed tho. Also bf4 on high with that gpu? no man bf 4 need 680 for ultra and even my 770 gets 57-76 on ultra lower the graphics or get new gpu.

There's no way that 550ti can run battlefield 4 on ultra unless you're on 800x600 or something....
