Hi guys,

I recently bought a wireless mini VicTsing mouse on amazon to use with my Dell XPS 13 and I like it so far if not for one big issue: the small lag! Whenever I move the mouse from still it takes a little bit of time for the mouse to move on the screen. Which makes it hard to be precise!

My Dell XPS 13 already has this problem for its trackpad (which I accepted) but if this mouse has this problem then... it defeats half the purpose of using it. I haven't been able to found a setting to fix it, or is it the mouse or my laptop?

Help!

Solution
So after about a month after I conclude that it's because the mouse has quite low DPI. I tried another wireless mouse and found it a bit jiterry too, although less. Then I tried a wired logitech mouse and it worked quite smoothly, hence my temporary conclusion that it's either has to do with wireless vs wired and/or dpi sensitivity!

Thanks for the reply! I already tried fiddling with the settings and looked at all the settings again now and I think this is its "optimum". As for drivers I just checked their website and there ain't any. And reinstalling drivers under the windows setting just told me I had the best one already...

So, should I buy another mouse? If it has to do with my laptop then it's not worth it...

My laptop is at 1920 x 1080 on a 13" screen. Could it have anything to do with the fact that I'm moving a lot of pixels over a short distance?

Thanks for the search! I saw that reddit page before and tried searching for the firmware again, but it's not on its website! Good thing is that checking the page again I am trying touchfreeze now to improve my trackpad slightly. But still, even if my trackpad functions perfectly (and it doesn't) I want to use a mouse at home cause it's easier on the hand!
