Discussion lagging during games

I tried some games like Pubg, Battlefield 1, ETS 2 on my laptop they work fine and smooth but sometimes I got fps drop during the game it drops to 4-10 fps like 5-10 secs every 5 min approx, and then it returns to it's normal, I don't know this happens because of a hardware problem or because of my specs, here's my specifications:
Intel i7-8550u
8gb ram
NVIDIA GeForce MX130
1TB HDD
