Question Lagging of some games even with way more system requirements compatible for that game

Hi, I installed NFS MW2012 from chrome
The game can run with 2 gb ram
But even with 4 gb ram and Radeon vega 8 graphics that game is lagging it only gives average 40fps and below
Why this things are happening
