Lagging out of voice servers only

A month ago I noticed a problem I haven't seen before. I randomly will loose connection from discord servers and teamspeak servers (no matter the server location). This is odd because I never lag out of the games I am playing, I actually never even get a higher ping from this problem on any game servers, only teamspeak servers and discord servers. I really need this problem fixed because I am not able to communicate to my friends properly.

I found out that Rainbow Six Siege was causing the issue. It needed V-Sync set to 2 Frames to let me not lag out of discord or teamspeak.
